Confidentiality Agreement For Suppliers

A confidentiality agreement is, for all purposes, a different name from a confidentiality agreement. “Secrecy” is more widely used in the United States and tends to offer protection against the disclosure of information alone and not against the use of information. “Confidentiality” is the British equivalent. In Britain, both labels are legally acceptable: what matters is the content. The translator understands confidential information confidentially and does not transmit this information to third parties, including under a confidentiality agreement between the translator and this third party, and does not use this information for his own benefit or for the benefit of third parties without the prior written consent of Pangeanic. However, this does not apply to information: the Supplier Agreement and our confidentiality agreement are written agreements aimed at minimising differences of opinion about the rights and obligations of each party. The document gives you the choice of how the recipient of your information should handle it. You may limit the disclosure to the person signing the agreement or you may allow them to pass on the information to other consultants, collaborators or professional consultants. Signing an agreement also reminds the other party that the information is sensitive and prevents them from realizing their value to you.

Of course, total secrecy is best. But there are many occasions in life when secrets need to be revealed or could be discovered. All translation companies have standard order terms or supplier contracts with their suppliers. We follow the standard procedures in EN15038 and ISO9001, so all our stores must be registered with our specialized voice suppliers to ensure full traceability.. . . .
