    I recorded 2 home improvement shows on my DVR (Scientific Atlanta) and I would like to rip them off, edit them down, and load them on my laptop to use in a training demonstration…can you help me to accomplish this?

      Sorry for the late reply. We missed on this comment. Posting here for future readers with a similar type question.

      DVRs can be a bit tricky because they could use various proprietary compression strategies hat require some work to decode. The easy way is to connect your DVR to a VCR or DVD recorder, or even capture on a computer. Or, you can come to us and we will ensure you get a very high quality.
